Free Shipping in Canada. Items will be shipped via ground shipping. Shipping times for Canada vary, but generally range between 2 and 5 business days.

Return Policy

Of course, we want you to be the final judge of satisfaction. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. When you receive products from Blackfoot Online and you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll replace it or give you your money back. It’s that simple.

There are NO restocking fees if products are returned within the 30 days and in original condition including all literature / documentation and original tags.

Any sign of helmets or gear being “out for a ride” or parts being installed will not be accepted and will be shipped back to customer at an additional expense. So please ensure this prior to shipping back to avoid any uncomfortable situation for both of us.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Blackfoot Online within 30 days of your original invoice date, for most retail merchandise. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RMA and will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service. RMAs expire in 15 days after they are issued. You may request a RMA by calling 1-403-214-5376 . All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included.

Please send your package, including your RMA #, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

RETURNS OTHER SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFO

We will happily refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.

THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY. Blackfoot Online reserves the right to change or to cancel it at any time before accepting your order. For all refunds, you need to precisely follow the previous return procedures to ensure the return of your refund. You need to also allow a reasonable period of time for the product to arrive at our warehouse and pass an inspection process. When your return is accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible.

We will provide you with a Pre-Paid CanadaPost return label that you can print at home.
Cost for using the label is $7 and will be deducted when we issue your refund. This applies to Canadian residents only.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Interac. Once an order is placed by credit card, the credit card account will be verified at the time the order is placed. Should a credit card is declined, so will be the order. No C.O.D. orders are accepted. Orders are processed ONLY upon receipt of payment.

With respect to items sold by Blackfoot Online we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
When products are shipped to you, their limited warranties applicable to products are in effect and are included with the shipment. SALES TAXES

Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged for all orders shipped to a Canadian address, except for Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) which will be charged to residents of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. For US bound orders, no additional taxes or duties will be charged but are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
