The difference between the Altitude 2.0 Carbon Fiber and the Altitude 2.0 Carbon Fiber 3K Hi-Flow Snow Helmets is that the Hi-Flow model is designed to maximize airflow with additional upper and rear vents plus a larger chinbar intake.
