Bicep width is measured 3" above the elbow. Forearm width is measured at the thickest part of the forearm. Elbow guards stretch, and the measurements provided from the manufacturer coincide with the measurements of an unstretched elbow guard.

Fox Racing Titan Race Elbow Guards
Race-level elbow guards. The Titan Race Elbow Guards feature substantial coverage for motocross guards. Utilizing the same chassis as the Titan Pro series, they provide full elbow, forearm, and tricep coverage to ensure your outermost vulnerable points are wrapped and ready. The elastic strap system has hook and loop adjustment so you can get them to fit to your liking, while the silicone print on the bio-foam keeps them in place.
